Hi, I'm Souphak.
I make things work—and look good doing it.

I’m Souphak—a creative systems thinker, storyteller, and builder. I work behind the scenes to make bold visions real, whether that’s launching a podcast, streamlining an operation, or designing a brand that feels like home.
My work spans media, tech, and fashion. I produce Conversations with Chanda, build systems that help teams move with clarity, and co-founded Jay Victoria, a fashion brand centered on plus-size, nonbinary, and queer folks—because representation should look and feel good.
I wear a lot of hats, but they all serve the same goal: making things work better for people. That might mean editing an episode, designing visual assets, capturing a moment at an event, or automating the messy parts of work with AI.
Right now, I'm learning Python to build tools that save time and create space for the work that matters.
I'm not here to follow a set path—I’m here to build new ones.
Jay Victoria

Jay Victoria is a queer-owned apparel brand I co-founded with my wife to create affirming, tailored fashion for plus-size, nonbinary, and queer communities. I developed the concept, and while Jamie leads design, I manage everything else—from marketing and content to backend operations and business growth.
I built the foundation of the business, developed our brand voice, launched the website, and implemented systems for fulfillment, inventory, and customer experience. I’ve grown our email list to over 1,900 subscribers, produced viral TikTok content, and secured media coverage on Kare11 and WCCO. We’ve also received $13,000 in grant funding through the University of St. Thomas and the gBETA Gener8tor Accelerator, which allowed us to invest in industrial equipment and bring production in-house.
After a successful soft launch in 2023, we’ve sold hundreds of units. Jamie is currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Design at Minneapolis College, with graduation expected in Spring 2026. As we evolve from a grassroots startup into a product-first brand, every step has been intentional. I’m proud of what we’ve built—and even more excited for what’s ahead.
