Hi, I'm Souphak Kienitz.
I’m a storyteller working at the intersection of leadership, media, and brand.
My work focuses on helping leaders and organizations translate ideas into narratives people can see, hear, and connect with — through podcasting, photography, digital storytelling, and brand strategy.
I currently serve as Executive Communications Manager supporting the work of Chanda Smith Baker, President & CEO of the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation — one of Minnesota's most influential civic leaders working at the intersection of philanthropy, equity, and community impact.
Alongside my leadership media work, I co-founded Jay Victoria with my wife Jamie, a menswear-inspired fashion brand for plus-size bodies, selected for the gener8tor startup accelerator and backed by the Schulze School of Entrepreneurship at the University of St. Thomas.
My work has been featured on KARE 11 and CBS Minnesota, and in 2022 I was named National Staffing Employee of the Year by the American Staffing Association — recognized for creativity, resilience, and an unconventional path to building a career on my own terms.
Across everything I do, I'm interested in one question: how does storytelling shape the way people understand leadership, identity, and possibility?
